Intro

I have been in sport for over 50 years and have devoted my entire life to developing drivers. I have a proven track record of improving drivers in a short period of time.

In my youth I was a 2-time Croatian wrestling champion and vice champion of the Yugoslavian wrestling championship with over 150 competitors in my category.

I hold an associate degree from the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb as a certified trainer for motorsport.

I focus primarily on mental preparation, supported by my own proven methods of physical training. I've had the opportunity to learn from Formula 1 coaches, which gave me a clear framework for working with drivers from their earliest days.

Who is this for?

I work with drivers at every stage — from a child's very first laps to the step into Formula 4.

🏁

Beginners

Ages 4–8

First steps in motorsport. Motor skills, coordination, reaction training, and building a lifelong love for racing — through play, not pressure.

🎯

Competitive

Ages 10–16

Serious karting development. Neurofeedback, physical preparation, mental strength, and structured racecraft to reach podiums consistently.

F4 Transition

From karting to formula racing. A complete program covering the technical, physical, and mental demands of the transition to single-seaters.

Coaching Philosophy

  • Holistic approach: the driver's health and long-term sustainability come first.
  • Individualization: I tailor every session to the driver's age, character, and goals.
  • Mental strength first: focus, self-confidence, and decision-making under pressure.
  • Structure and continuity: clear plans, measurable steps, and feedback after every session.

Tools to build consistency under pressure

Mindset and focus are the core of my program, reinforced with professional neurofeedback equipment to train calm, clarity, and decision-making under stress. I also apply decades of experience with tailored visualization and meditation protocols, plus targeted autosuggestion programming, to hard-wire consistent performance in every driver.

Body & Fitness

Programs are tailored to the specific physical demands of karting, F4, and F1—built around each driver's unique body, with special care for health and progressive development from the earliest age, including dedicated work on motor skills, coordination, and reflexes. Recovery is treated as training's equal: we plan rest, mobility, and injury-prevention alongside strength, stamina, reaction training, and neuromuscular speed to sustain peak performance.

Neurofeedback training

I offer neurofeedback training tailored for Formula 4 and elite karting drivers, using non-invasive EEG to teach the brain steadier focus and quicker reactions. I run short feedback blocks and immediately transfer the state into driving with simulator laps (and on-track when available). I track progress with objective metrics—focus stability, reaction-time variability, HRV—and review results with each driver. Over a focused 4–6 week block, my drivers gain sharper starts, cleaner decision-making, and more consistent lap-to-lap performance.

Pedagogical approach for young children

Training young children (ages 4–8) is the hardest part of the job, because their focus is short, their energy is everywhere, and you only get a few real learning moments each session. I'm very good at capturing that attention, keeping them engaged, and turning play into structured movement without them even noticing they're "training." At this age we build the fundamental motor patterns: balance, coordination, reaction, spatial awareness, body control — this is the base that everything later sits on. If you are serious about a future in high-level racing, including Formula 1, that foundation must start now, not at 12 or 14 when most people finally wake up.

Frequently Asked Questions

What age can a child start?
I work with drivers from age 4 onwards. At that age it's not about racing — it's about building coordination, motor skills, body awareness, and a love for the sport through play. The earlier the foundation, the higher the ceiling.
How long does a coaching program last?
Neurofeedback programs run in focused 4–6 week blocks with measurable results tracked throughout. Race support and individual training are ongoing — I work season-long with most drivers. We start with a free consultation to assess what makes sense for your driver.
What is neurofeedback and is it safe?
Neurofeedback uses non-invasive EEG sensors placed on the scalp to measure brainwave activity in real time. The driver receives immediate feedback, which trains the brain to maintain calmer, more focused states under pressure. It is completely safe, used by Olympic athletes and F1 teams, and has no side effects.
Do you work with drivers outside Croatia?
Yes. The majority of my work is international — I have worked with drivers from the UAE, Italy, the UK, and across Europe. Video sessions run remotely, and I travel to race weekends and training camps worldwide. Location is not an obstacle.
What results can we expect?
Every driver I have ever worked with has shown measurable improvement. For on-track race support I offer a money-back guarantee if lap times don't improve. For neurofeedback blocks, drivers typically show sharper focus, faster reactions, more consistent lap times, and better composure under pressure within 4–6 weeks.
